Their customer support is excellent and they have the products available to build a true Finnish style sauna (which is hard to find in the states). I've recommended others to them and it's always worked out well. Highly recommend.

I researched saunas for months before deciding on Bsaunas. They were extremely helpful and very responsive in providing information that helped me decide on the product. If you live within their installation region, I would strongly encourage you to have them install. It is more complicated than you might think. Our installer, Artem, was an expert and did a fantastic job. Anyone purchasing a sauna shoud check out BsaunasUSA.

Alex is very patient and kind, he took the extra time to really go through each option available and help me select the best sauna for our situation. The sauna kit came when they said it would, and when a piece was damaged in shipping, they quickly sent a replacement. Alex has been available for questions and always responds in a timely manner (even on the weekends)! We called the night before and Alex was so helpful and accommodating. We ordered sauna for the following day. He was on time and set everything up for us and taught us how to use the sauna. And then the fun began! Everyone, from kids to adults had a blast. We even jumped into snow! Oh that feeling that comes after you climb out of a snow bank and go back into the sauna - you can’t explain it - you must experience it. In the morning Alex came and picked up the sauna, and all we could talk about was how much we want to own one. It is definitely the most amazing experience you can have, especially in winter, and we will definitely repeat. We will certainly rent it again. Thank you Alex.
