After doing a lot of research, we purchased the Leil Dice 5 person outdoor sauna and couldn’t be happier. We’ve had it for 2 weeks and have used it almost every night. We had Bsauna install it for us and fortunately they fixed any issues our electrician messed up (I’d recommend using their electrician- we went with an outside one) and added the LED lights, interior wax job, and full glass front wall- all of which were worth the extra money, in my opinion. I’ve never sweat like this before, but we’re all so relaxed after. Highly recommend!

Demitri and the team over at BSauna have been great. We ordered a custom kit for our business. Our sauna sees heavy use each day and the quality of the wood, door, and heater have held up great. We went with the Homecraft apex 12kw heater and it’s a workhorse. Getting the proper size heater for the sauna size is super important, if you have questions call the BSauna team.

Alex and his team are top notch. I ordered a 5x7x7 sauna with premium cedar. He has been very helpful with all my questions and most importantly, the quality of everything was top notch. This company was recommended to me by multiple friends who had orders from Bsauna, and they met my expectations. 5 stars! Thank you Alex and team!

LOVE our sauna! Highly recommend working with this company. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered ALL our questions. Didn’t try to oversell us and recommend products under our budget!

We've ordered several things from Bsaunas in the last two years and their team has been stellar every single time. We have ordered multiple full glass doors, and each were packed and shipped flawlessly. Communication is always perfect as well. Highly recommend.

The folks at Bsaunas are so knowledgeable because they grew up using saunas. I learned a bunch and knew I was getting sincere guidance. The work was clean and quick and I'm really glad Alex and Artem were the guys to help my vision come to life. Awesome company and product!

We had a great experience with BSauna from start to finish. The sauna is high quality, looks fantastic, and performs exactly as expected. The installation team was professional, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend BSauna to anyone looking for a premium home sauna.

I've built two saunas through Bsauna's DIY kits. Their customer support is excellent and they have the products available to build a true Finnish style sauna (which is hard to find in the states). I've recommended others to them and it's always worked out well. Highly recommend.

We have had the best experience buying our barrel sauna with Bsaunas. Alex is very patient and kind, he took the extra time to really go through each option available and help me select the best sauna for our situation.

The sauna kit came when they said it would, and when a piece was damaged in shipping, they quickly sent a replacement.

Alex has been available for questions and always responds in a timely manner (even on the weekends)!

We couldn't be happier with our experience, and are delighted to have bought our sauna from Bsaunas!

It was just what we needed on a cold winter night. We called the night before and Alex was so helpful and accommodating. We ordered sauna for the following day. He was on time and set everything up for us and taught us how to use the sauna.
And then the fun began! Everyone, from kids to adults had a blast. We even jumped into snow! Oh that feeling that comes after you climb out of a snow bank and go back into the sauna - you can’t explain it - you must experience it.
In the morning Alex came and picked up the sauna, and all we could talk about was how much we want to own one.

It is definitely the most amazing experience you can have, especially in winter, and we will definitely repeat. We will certainly rent it again.

Thank you Alex.

I would recommend Bsaunas USA if you are thinking of getting one. Top notch customer service, fast shipping, easy installation, and quality product. We are super happy with our new sauna, and is something we look forward to relax and unwind at the end of the day. It's a little retreat right at home! Definitely a 5 star rating for you guys, thank you!
